Refunds are only offered at our discretion. However, we do consider changing the name of the attendee or offering a gift card instead. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed, but we aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible.

For class cancellations or rescheduling, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time/date of the class. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the class will incur a cancellation fee equal to half the total cost of the class. No shows will be charged the full course fee.

If you miss a class, you can request to join another course within the timeframe of your course, subject to teacher discretion and availability. Requests for catch-up sessions should be emailed at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that if the course is over we cannot guarantee that you will be able to reschedule a missed session.

You will receive an email notification from the studio when your work is ready for collection, typically within three to four weeks after the end date of your class. Please ensure to check your inbox and junk mail folder. If you have not received ny notifications, please expect it to be ready to collect after four weeks.

If your work is not collected within one month, we may have to dispose of it due to limited storage space.
